General

This website concerns potential business-purpose financing, including transactions that may be structured as purchases of future receivables. Any financing provider, Stelo's role, the purchased amount, remittance terms, and other material terms must be identified in the written transaction documents before signing. These products are not FDIC-insured deposit products.

California

California's commercial financing disclosure law applies to sales-based financing, including merchant cash advances. Before presenting a covered offer to a California recipient, the responsible provider or broker must confirm its authority and provide the disclosures then required by applicable California law. An eligibility estimate is not that disclosure or an offer.

New York

New York's commercial financing disclosure law includes a sales-based financing regime. Before presenting a covered offer to a New York recipient, the responsible provider or broker must confirm registration and disclosure obligations, statutory coverage, and required offer formatting.

Virginia

Virginia requires registration and disclosures for certain sales-based financing providers and brokers. Those obligations must be confirmed and satisfied before a covered offer is presented or executed.

Other states

Where a state imposes registration, licensing, or disclosure requirements on sales-based financing, those requirements must be confirmed before any covered offer. Stelo will not represent that an offer is available in a jurisdiction unless the responsible party has confirmed the required authority and disclosures.

Privacy and data use

Bank data connected during review is read-only and is used to evaluate, prepare, service, secure, and monitor a commercial-financing relationship as described in our Privacy Policy.
