1. Acceptance and business use

By using stelopartners.com, you agree to these terms. The service is intended only for adults acting for a business. You represent that information and documents you submit are accurate, that you are authorized to act for the business, and that you have authority to share them.

2. No offer, approval, or professional advice

Website content and eligibility estimates are informational and are not an offer, commitment, approval, guarantee, or financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. A firm offer exists only in written transaction documents issued after review. A merchant cash advance may be structured as a purchase of future receivables; its written terms and applicable law control its legal treatment.

3. Eligibility estimates and automated tools

The current estimate uses a fixed formula and limited self-reported information. It may not match a later offer. Stelo may use rules, models, or AI-assisted tools to organize or analyze information, subject to the disclosures in AI and Data Use. Final terms may require human review, additional documentation, identity or fraud checks, and bank-activity verification.

4. Communications and consent

When you submit an inquiry, you authorize Stelo to respond about that inquiry by ordinary email or telephone. Submission alone does not authorize autodialed marketing calls or texts; any consent required for automated or promotional communications must be requested separately and is not a condition of receiving an offer.

5. Bank connections and uploads

If enabled, you may authorize a read-only bank connection or upload documents. You must not upload information you lack authority to provide, malware, unrelated sensitive records, or altered documents. Access can be suspended and files quarantined where security, fraud, or legal concerns arise.

6. No subscriptions or free trials

Stelo does not currently offer a consumer subscription, auto-renewal, or free trial through this website. If a subscription product is introduced, separate terms, renewal reminders, pricing disclosures, and a cancellation method at least as easy as enrollment must be provided before billing begins.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service; probe, scrape, or disrupt its infrastructure; bypass security controls; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent information; infringe rights; or attempt to access another applicant's data.

8. Intellectual property and third-party services

Stelo's name, logo, software, and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. References to a provider do not expand Stelo's warranties or change the responsibilities identified in written transaction documents.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, Stelo disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular funding amount, approval, or timing. Nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing agreements and changes

A signed commercial-financing agreement and its required disclosures control a transaction if they conflict with these website terms. Stelo may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes requiring consent will not apply solely because you continued browsing.
